The following is a legally binding agreement between you and Santamaria & Sons Inc.

In general, when you visit the site and access information, you remain completely anonymous. However, Santamaria & Sons Inc. does collect your personal information for processing quotes and/or services. Santamaria & Sons Inc. may request information such as your name, street address, email, phone #, and equipment to be recycled. This information will remain confidential and will only be used to help provide uninterrupted service.
However, Santamaria & Sons Inc. holds the right to release your personal identifiable information when Santamaria & Sons Inc. believes that such release is appropriate to:
(a) enforce or apply any regulations and/or other agreements
(b) comply with the law
(c) exchanging information with authorities and/or companies/organizations to protect the rights, property, or safety of Santamaria & Sons Inc. and/or users.
Quotations for Item(s) and/or Shipping
At the discretion of Santamaria & Sons Inc., all quotations are made for immediate acceptance and are subject to withdrawal or change prior to the sale. Santamaria & Sons Inc. is not liable for typographical errors and if any changes in quote, customer will be notified before finalizing sale. An accepted quote by the customer is a contract to purchase the services.
User Relationship with Santamaria & Sons Inc.
You and Santamaria & Sons Inc. are and shall remain independent contractors, and shall not be deemed to have an employer-employee, joint venture, partnership, or franchisor-franchisee relationship for any purpose whatsoever. Accordingly, you shall be exclusively responsible for the manner in which you perform your duties under this Agreement and for the profitability or lack thereof of your activities under this Agreement. All financial obligations associated with your business are your own responsibility and you may not represent yourself as having any right or authority to obligate or bind Santamaria & Sons Inc. in any manner whatsoever.
SANTAMARIA & SONS INC. SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. SANTAMARIA & SONS INC. SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM OR CAUSED BY USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSSES RELATED TO: YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE; ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS OR DEFECTS IN THE CONTENT AND/OR SERVICES; OR ANY INTERRUPTIONS, DELAYS IN TRANSMISSION OF ITEMS AND/OR FUNDS, COMPUTER VIRUSES, OR INTERNET SCAMMERS. SANTAMARIA & SONS INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICES TO ANY PERSON/BUSINESS, AT OUR DISCRETION.
*In the case of legal action, Santamaria & Sons Inc. reserves the right to have jurisdiction in Tacoma, Washington.
